The retainer is calculated based on various factors including the number of employees in they employ of the client, the number of dismissals that the employer had effected measured at an average rate, as well as the number of C CMA matters that the employee is had to attend, again on an average basis. Any other factors that may be relevant, will also be taken into account in assessing or arriving at the prescribed monthly retainer fee payable.
Fees that are payable for the services of providing a payroll functions, are determined and altered depending on a few factors.
